Welcome to our beautiful 80 m² apartment, a former artist's studio transformed into a peaceful haven over three levels. Nestled in a discreet passage, you will feel like you are in a townhouse right in the heart of Paris.
This accommodation can comfortably accommodate up to 5 or even 6 people. It features two lovely quiet bedrooms and a large living room where an additional bed is available. For your comfort, you will find two complete bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing your meals as if at home after a day of discovery.
Its ideal location will allow you to discover Paris on foot, with the main sites and attractions easily accessible. A true cocoon of calm and serenity in the heart of the capital.
Please note that the apartment is a triplex. The second floor, which includes an attic bedroom, is accessible by a very steep ladder-type staircase. This access is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, young children, and elderly people. For optimal comfort, the apartment is ideal for 4 people if you do not wish to use the bedroom on the second floor.
