The Urban Flat In Paris team is pleased to welcome you to this former 50m² workshop, fully renovated, which for several decades served a famous luxury brand. It is located a 15-minute walk from the Montparnasse train station and a 10-minute walk from the famous Parisian street with the most theaters, rue de la Gaîté.
The location is perfect, in the center of Paris, just 15 minutes by metro from major tourist attractions such as the Louvre, the Marais, the Eiffel Tower, etc.
The workshop is situated on the ground floor of a typically Parisian building, with a private entrance in the building's inner courtyard. Upon entering, you will find the living room with its dining area and open kitchen. A bathroom with a toilet completes the living space. There are two mini-master suites, each with its own private bathroom.
Each room has a mobile air conditioner, as does the living room.
