Our fully renovated apartment is ideal for accommodating up to 7 people for a comfortable Parisian stay on the incredible Champs-Élysées avenue.

As soon as you enter the premises, you will be seduced by the youth and modernity of our Rock apartment, yet so comfortable at the same time: 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!

Thanks to our smart TVs, you'll love rediscovering your favourite Netflix series or gathering around the dining table to discuss the day's or tomorrow's projects.

Our rooms are furnished with elegance and taste. We have chosen excellent quality bedding, as well as our bath towels and all household linen.

In the American kitchen you will find: refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle., that is to say everything you will need to prepare a meal, a snack or an aperitif with friends or family.

Tourists and Parisians stroll at all hours of the day and night, summer and winter, along this emblematic stretch of almost 2 kilometres, between Place de la Concorde and the Arc de Triomphe.

A symbol of Paris, just like the Eiffel Tower, it is packed with restaurants, luxury brands, various shops, and clubs. It serves as a backdrop each year for the biggest popular events: 14 July parade, arrival of the Tour de France, Christmas illuminations, etc...

To access it, please present yourself at our agency at 9 rue du Caire 75002, to book your time slot in advance.

Your booking is protected. In the event of a technical incident before your arrival, we will offer you an upgrade or a comparable apartment.
